Re: ARD Tuesday 19^th December

Our next Review Day is on Tuesday 19^th December and is for Years 7-10 only.  (All Year 11 students will be attending different sessions from 10.45-3.00pm and will have a parents' evening in place of the Review Day.)

The review meetings will have a behaviour and pastoral focus.  You will be meeting with your daughters’ form tutor, and they will be reviewing her attendance, punctuality, behaviour, and achievements, as well as reviewing previous targets and setting ones for the new term.

It is vital that your daughter attends the appointment with a parent/carer or another suitable adult.  (If nobody can attend with your daughter, please indicate on the reply slip that was sent to you).  Your daughter will be expected to come to her appointment alone and a follow-up call will be made to parents/carers in the new year if it cannot be done before the appointment.

All appointments must be attended on time and students should be in full school uniform. The appointment will count as their attendance for the day.

Appointments will be allocated on a first come, first served basis in the following slots:

• Session 1: 10.30am-12.30pm
• Session 2: 1.00pm-3.30pm
