What should I do if my daughter has forgotten an item of uniform:
Email your daughter’s form tutor, staff emails can be found on the website under the Contact our staff section
What should I do if my daughter is running late to school:
Email the attendance email address wpgattendance@woolwichpolygirls.co.uk
The attendance teams and HOY’s will decide if your daughter should receive a reset. You can contact these members of staff via email.
What should I do if my daughter is unwell and can’t come to school:
Report this on the study bugs app. The school office staff are unable to take absences over the phone, all absences must be reported via Study Bugs.
What should I do if my daughter has forgotten her PE kit:
The PE department have a rule that NO PE KITS are to be dropped into school as they are frequently misplaced. If you come to the school reception with their PE kit we will not be able to accept it from you.
What should I do if my daughter needs to leave early for an appointment:
Please send an email to info@woolwichpolygirls.co.uk with the necessary details. We require proof of the appointment and the time your daughter should be leaving or when she will be picked up. It’s important that your daughter is informed about this appointment and knows what time she should leave, as it is her responsibility to arrive on time.
What should I do if my daughter is entitled to medical/toilet or gate pass:
Contact the HOY via email which can be found on the website, Contact our staff
Please note if you are contacting the school office with a request it may take up to 3 school days to receive a response.
Please note this does not include any safeguarding concerns you wish to raise.
