On Wednesday 5^th July the staff at Woolwich Polytechnic School for Girls took 10 students from Year 7 -9 on a hike into the countryside where they walked for 7 miles. The main purpose of this outing was to build character and teamwork. The students were great and worked so well together even when they began to get tired. The joy and wonder throughout the afternoon was wholesome.
