PolyMAT is looking to appoint Exams Invigilators to work across both Schools.  Exam Invigilators are responsible for the correct and smooth running of external and internal examinations ensuring that regulations are followed in a supportive environment. Duties will include assisting with the preparation of the examination venues, admitting and supervising candidates into the exam rooms in a quiet and orderly way, handing out and collection of examination materials, assisting with registration of candidates and being constantly vigilant in accordance with Examination Board requirements.
